Due to the nature of precious metals and market fluctuations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind under any circumstances.
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item (incorrect product or weight).
- The item was damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
- To request a return, contact us immediately at email: sales@vbullion.com.au or hotline: 02 8061 6886 with your order details and photos of the issue.
Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery to be eligible.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.
- If a return is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
- Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not available.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
